Shipping Policy

Our accessories are a mix of ready stock and hand-finished, made-to-order pieces, so timelines vary by item:

• Ready Stock: Standard, in-stock pieces are processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
• Made-to-Order: Bespoke safas, malas and brooches require 3–4 weeks for hand-finishing before dispatch, as noted on the product page.

All orders are packaged and shipped from our atelier in Mumbai.

• Domestic: GST is included in your purchase price. Any local entry taxes levied at delivery are the customer's responsibility.
• International: The price paid at checkout does not include import duties, customs tariffs, or local taxes at the destination country — these are payable by the recipient on delivery.

We partner with reputable courier providers for insured, signature-on-delivery shipping. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via email and SMS.

Please provide a complete, accurate address with the correct PIN code at checkout. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Once confirmed, orders generally cannot be modified. Address change requests are accepted within 6 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier — contact our customer support team at vrudhifashion@gmail.com immediately for urgent changes.

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts at the address provided. If delivery isn't successful after three attempts, the package is returned to our atelier.
